I can't believe this. I'm wasting another whole day waiting for BT to call in and sort out that phone line. They should have been here this morning. I phoned the guy from BT (or their contractors, pass the buck) that phoned me yesterday and he didn't seem to know what was going on. This is two weeks now, a month and a bit from the original order (which they mangled up). According to the guy yesterday, they hadn't contacted me because they 'didn't have a mobile contact number, only had my fixed line number'. The one they were moving over here. Clever.
