the wall teacher

Roger Waters - The Wall

Ok, so I didn't die without having seen The Wall, if not of course in the original Pink Floyd incarnation in Earl's Ct., and of course not without its flaws but in any case quite relevant and still by a very long way the best bit of popular music theatre I've ever seen.

One thing that left me thinking is that, in the intermission, after the long list of people killed or disappeared by their various governments, I had to go to the loo and in the queue the people were just enthused by the technical and technological wizardry on display -and, it seemed to me, thus missing the point of what the artist was trying to say.
