Photos from the farewell party for Barry, here. This was last Sunday at the 12 bar in Denmark Street. Barry is the bartender at the Dev, has now got a better job in Ireland.

Also photos from silkyfish's birthday dinner last Monday at Papageno's, off the Strand. Unusual place, a Turkish restaurant with an Italian opera theme, a stomping string quartet whose viola player was belting out Neapolitan songs, and a Turkish flamenco band (with accordions). A jolly good night, good food (not quite as fantastic as one would have expected in the setting but good nonetheless), in excellent company. No captions for any of these yet as I haven't time to do that today....
