Tuesdays are my Mondays...

Falling asleep in my classroom during break. Slept three hours. This seems to be happening every Monday evening -a case, I suspect, of 'positive' feedback: I worry that I won't get enough sleep so I don't. There are other sources of stress, which I have already complained rather too much about.

Apart from that. well, the sun is shine and the birds are sing. It's going to be a long day, though. Finishing after 9 pm tonight. Only a handful of lessons after school but miles and miles apart.
