Bad Boy Bubby

went to chelseachainsaw's Sinema evening last night, at the Lion Pub in Stoke Newington. After some short films and Nick Cave videos we saw "Bad Boy Bubby", which I had never seen and only knew the name of. An extremely funny, slightly disturbing, very moving film that made me think a lot -inevitably I can identify with this character that gets thrown in a world he struggles to but cannot make sense of. Very good movie, will have to see again.

Unrelated: I thought I posted a comment about this last night -and it seems to have disappeared, swallowed by the LJ black hole. No idea, it doesn't seem to be anywhere. And a posting of mine today about my evening meeting silkyfish and dj_gassmann appeared twice. Weird...
