I should make bread, haven't done for a long time. Or maybe I should say 'attempt' to make bread -my attempts at making home-brew sourdough starter have more or less failed ... so I end up resorting to bought yeast. Much to learn, still.

In the meantime, of course, there are other calls on my time. Have to do a few lessons today (and prepare for a couple of them). Tomorrow and Tuesday will be busy school days.. Thursday looks like a free day except for one evening lesson. It'll be then. Now, about that dough starter...
